ALLURA Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ALLURA. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 60 days of receiving them, under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shopatallura.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back to us without prior authorization or return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include providing a refund or sending a replacement item.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products (including special orders)

Personal care items (such as beauty products or hygiene items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. Please note that exchanges are processed as returns and new purchases.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason. The item must still meet the return eligibility conditions outlined above (unworn, unused, with original packaging and tags). You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at contact@shopatallura.com to initiate this process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, ALLURA will cover the return shipping cost.

Items Sent Without Prior Authorization: Returns for items sent without prior authorization will be rejected and not refunded.

Condition of Returns: We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, including items that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging.
